MyCareerTraget, LLC is a locally managed company and an outgrowth of Success Behavior Institute, LLC (SBI). SBI a consulting firm founded by Dr. Percy W. Thomas in 1987 focused on organizational development, leadership training, and success motivation. MyCareerTarget assists individuals to plan and develop successful careers. In establishing the company, the founders are building on their years of experience in helping individuals to find their purpose and identify their vision to be successful. The Company places an emphasis on equipping individuals with tools to achieve career and job success. It uses established behavioral science theories, and concepts to provide state of the market career development training and services that assist in documenting your lived experiences. Understanding the value of your lived experiences allows one to build on their strengths to demonstrate new skills and competencies for academic credit or employment. Additionally, recent high school or college graduates experiencing difficulty getting a job learn that it takes more than a high college grade point average. MyCareerTarget will teach them what they need to know, and how they are to present themselves to an employer to be a self advocate in the job market.
