MyLCM Solutions, Inc. was created in direct response to challenges members of our founding team witnessed firsthand in their roles with Hill International, Inc., a global leader in construction project management. Project owners and their representatives were struggling to manage labor compliance requirements related to Davis Bacon and prevailing wage, frequent rate changes, time consuming processes, growing networks of contractors and subcontractors, mountains of paper and rising costs. Other systems in the market lacked the sophistication needed to effectively manage compliance regulations and the stability necessary to scale for mega projects. The Hill professionals saw an opportunity to provide better solutions for their clients with a game-changing technology. Hill believed so fully in the promise of this technology that it created and funded a wholly-owned subsidiary to bring the product to market: MyLCM Solutions. After acquiring a small software company with a legacy system, Hill applied its labor compliance expertise, market understanding, technical prowess and financial power to expedite development of the MyLCM 2.0 platform. Since then, MyLCM’s secure and scalable web-based application has registered thousands of contractors, processed millions of certified payrolls and managed billions of dollars in construction costs. MyLCM is currently being used in 49 of the 50 U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and continues to grow each year. Our unique service offering of technology and compliance subject matter expertise affords our clients not only access to a leading edge labor compliance software solution, but also to consultant personnel capable of everything from program assessments to project administration and onsite field compliance auditing.
