At NA Trading and Technology, we build and sell high-value, high-performance compatible parts and supplies for copiers and multifunctional printers. We build them to be as good as the original manufacturer’s product, and we sell them at a price that allows our partners to be more competitive.

It’s hard to sell things that don’t work, so we only bring to market products that will meet or exceed the performance of the original product. We know they do because we put our products through rigorous inspection and testing in our lab and in the field. The Six Sigma quality control processes we’ve used for decades stress continuous improvement and result in exceptionally low failure rates.

Our efforts to find solutions for common problems facing our partners set us apart from other companies. We listen to what our partners tell us, and we find creative and cost-effective ways to solve their problems. 

We want to be more than just a supplier to our customers; we want to be a partner. We’ve been doing this now for more than 40 years, and we do it well.
