We are a boutique immigration law firm, which helps people move to or stay in the United States for work, family, or other personal reasons. 

Nadia, the founding attorney, has been working on behalf of immigrants and refugees since 1994, and practicing U.S. immigration law since 2001. During this time, she has gained extensive experience in temporary and permanent employment-based visas, family-based immigration, asylum, removal relief, and citizenship.  

Our team at NY&A is comprised of people who not only have deep technical expertise but who also have personally lived the immigrant experience.  We understand how stressful and confusing U.S. immigration law can be.  We offer both knowledge and empathy.  Together, our goal is to take good care of your immigration needs.
