Founded in 1977, NAEIR (The National Association for the Exchange of Industrial Resources) is the oldest and largest gifts-in-kind organization. NAEIR solicits contributions of new, excess inventory from American companies and redistributes this product to its member non-profit, school and church members. NAEIR is located in Galesburg, IL, where it has its huge 450,000 s.f. distribution center and corporate offices. 

NAEIR has a member friendly dues program that allows participation in receiving product for any size budget organization. Recently, in response by massive cutbacks in schools throughout the United States, NAEIR has started a Teachers Program that will help teachers stretch their meager classroom budgets. NAEIR is aware that most teachers spend significant money out of their own pockets to help enhance the children's learning experience. 

Regular Corporations that contribute inventory to NAEIR are eligible for an above cost Federal income tax deduction. All the merchandise NAEIR receives is for the care of the ill, needy and minors and cannot be sold, bartered or exchanged for services. NAEIR has a state of the art tracking system that allows us to know who received what. The donation process is very efficient, yet can be accomplished in a matter of hours.
