NAIL TECH, based in Richardson, Texas, operates the MANICURE App, an on-demand beauty platform with more than 200,000 unique active users and supporting more than 3,500 beauty professionals. In traditional beauty salons, professionals typically follow fixed schedules and earn commissions based on the services they perform; the app allows them to choose their own hours and how long they work. Although listed in the personal care product manufacturing industry, the core offering is a digital marketplace that connects customers with beauty services.

About 75% of the beauty professionals on the platform are single parents, and the app is described as enabling monthly earnings roughly three times higher than in a salon. It also maintains partnerships that provide access to bank credits, discounts on beauty supplies, and transportation options, supporting professionals as the platform expands. The company describes its aim as developing the online marketplace for beauty services.
