Nalka Invest was established in 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish operations focus on the Nordics and its 19 co-workers currently manage a portfolio of eleven companies with combined sales of EUR2+bn in 2022.

In 2022, Nalka expanded its geographical reach by establishing Nalka Advisory Germany GmbH in Munich, a subsidiary to Nalka Invest AB. The Nalka Advisors Germany team focuses on investments in the DACH* region.  

Nalka is owned by Interogo Holding, a foundation-owned investment group based in Switzerland. Interogo Holding's investment strategies include private and long-term equity, real estate, infrastructure, and liquid assets. Nalka is a part of the private equity strategy. 

*Investments in the DACH region are made by Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF, that is managed by Inter Fund Management, and advised by Nalka Advisors Germany.
