Nanticoke Health Services is a non-profit hospital system based in Seaford, Delaware, delivering a broad range of care to the surrounding community. The organization includes Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, which has been recognized for quality by earning a four-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the first on the Delmarva Peninsula to achieve that distinction. The Nanticoke Physician Network comprises more than 50 providers with office locations in Seaford, Laurel, Bridgeville, Delmar, and Georgetown in Delaware, and Federalsburg in Maryland, and it operates four Immediate Care locations in Seaford, Laurel, Delmar, and Georgetown.

In 2020, Penny Short was named president of Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.
