Napalm Records is an Austrian record label based in Eisenerz, Steiermark. It began more than twenty years ago as a one-person operation in a living room and has since grown into a well-established presence in the independent music scene, with a focus on heavier genres. The label has released more than 600 albums, with many attaining cult status. It serves both fans of heavier music and artists seeking releases in the independent space.

In 2023, Napalm Records expanded its roster by signing DragonForce, and it released Alestorm's Voyage of the Dead Marauder in March 2023. Later that year, the company promoted Sebastian Münch to Senior A&R.
