Venture Acceleration & Value Network Innovation with Broad Societal Impact

The mission of Nascent is to promote innovation with broad societal impact. We do this by identifying and realizing the potential of socio-technical alliances among leaders who typically would not be aware of each other, their respective capabilities, and the implications for collaborative reconstruction of market boundaries. To realize this potential, my colleagues and I develop a coherent cross-functional vision for strategic, operational, and technical innovation. We create true synergy between science and business. Our extraordinary capability in this regard is the transdisciplinary integration of physics, biology, and psychology to understand human behavior and experience in ways that are actionable for business; that is, in ways that promote the development and delivery of solutions for the needs of human beings. 

The customers of Nascent Science & Technology have been government organizations (i.e., DoD, NASA, NIH) and firms in their value networks that are committed to public-private partnerships capable of achieving what neither sector can achieve alone: innovation with broad societal impact.

It thus represents the strategic breakthrough we achieve by increasing and directing motivational energy while overcoming environmental (i.e., multi-organizational) friction.
