The National Art Education Association (NAEA) is a nonprofit professional association focused on visual arts education. It serves a broad membership that includes elementary through high school teachers, college professors and researchers, administrators and supervisors, museum educators, and practicing artists, along with more than 45,000 students who are members of the National Art Honor Society or are training to become art educators. Members come from all fifty states plus the District of Columbia, U.S. possessions, many Canadian provinces, U.S. military bases around the world, and twenty-five foreign countries.
