The National Aviation Research and Technology Park (NARTP) is a high-technology aviation facility focused on research, development, testing, integration, and verification of NextGen technologies for FAA partners. It is based in Galloway, New Jersey, near Pomona, adjacent to the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center and Atlantic City International Airport. The facility first opened in 2017 in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, reflecting its roots in Atlantic County. Operating within the aviation and aerospace component manufacturing sector, NARTP serves FAA partners and other aviation stakeholders by providing access to advanced research and validation capabilities for NextGen concepts. In April 2026, NARTP announced a collaboration with the Digital Twin Consortium to test and develop multi-agent digital twin systems for aviation.
