National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a long-established nonprofit focused on equity and justice for women, children, and families in the United States and Israel. It advances change through education, direct service, and advocacy across local, state, and national levels. Based in Washington, DC, NCJW works within the public policy sphere and reaches a broad network of changemakers across the United States and Israel, including about 250,000 individuals. The organization collaborates with partner NGOs and international bodies to advance policy reform and social programs. In February 2026, NCJW appointed Jody Rabhan as chief executive officer, marking a leadership transition, and it participated in a World Jewish Congress partnership event with UN missions and other Jewish organizations.
