The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) is a trade association that represents the full textile supply chain, from fibers and yarns to finished products, machinery manufacturers, and power suppliers. It serves as a policy-focused advocate for the U.S. textile industry, pursuing national and international alliances to advance the sector's interests. The organization centers its work on four councils—fiber, yarn, fabric, and supplier—with each council having its own board to ensure broad industry input into policy decisions.
