The National Foundation to End Senior Hunger (NFESH), is committed to bringing together the best minds in all sectors; commissioning research; and exploring social entrepreneurial innovations to seek long-term, sustainable solutions to end senior hunger. 

Our Mission:

Through research, education and community partnership, we will harness the resources necessary to reverse the escalating number of seniors in the lifecycle of hunger.

Our Vision:

Senior hunger has escalated annually and has suffered from not being a part of the national philanthropic debate, leaving nearly 1 in 6 seniors struggling with hunger. We will identify and assess this challenge in communities through funding senior-specific research, fostering local collaboration and engaging diverse partners. We foresee the creation of tangible, replicable solutions in ending senior hunger to meet the needs of an aging population.
