he National Hispanic Business Women Association (NHBWA) is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization founded in 1997 in Orange County, California. For over 25 years, NHBWA has empowered Latina professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders through connection, mentorship, and education. Our mission is to support women in business by providing access to educational resources, leadership opportunities, and a thriving network of support. Through workshops, speaker series, and curated networking events, we create space for growth—both personally and professionally. We are equally committed to uplifting the next generation of leaders. Since our founding, NHBWA has awarded over 280 scholarships to students pursuing higher education—made possible through the generosity of our members, sponsors, and donors.
