The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) operates as the philanthropic arm of the National Restaurant Association, focusing on improving training, education, career development, and community engagement within the restaurant and foodservice sector. The foundation serves students, youth, veterans, and hospitality learners, and in 2026 participated in the launch of Restaurant Academy, a leadership development program for restaurant leaders created in collaboration with Resy and American Express.
