Its members—comprising technologists, engineers, scientists, manufacturers, and program managers—work with government partners to advance 5G and related wireless technologies, aiming to provide spectrum superiority for the Department of Defense and other customers. The organization seeks to foster collaboration among government, industry, and academia to identify, develop, and demonstrate enabling technologies that broaden both military and commercial access to the electromagnetic spectrum for 5G and beyond.
