National Textile Industries is a long-standing, family-owned textile manufacturer based in Brooklyn, New York. The company converts poly cotton broadcloth for a wide range of manufacturers, from home furnishings to medical products, and operates a bias binding division that produces about 295 million yards of trimming annually. Founded in 1958 by Sal Gagliano and his father Thomas, it remains a third-generation family business with the Gagliano family actively involved in daily operations. It is known for its high-quality fabric and an in-stock program featuring more than 150 solid colors to support fast turnaround for customers. The firm maintains a MADE IN THE USA program, with products manufactured in the United States from seed to finishing. At this year’s Material World show, National Textile Industries introduced a new line of Poplin, Twill, Duck, Neon and Gingham Check fabrics to meet evolving manufacturing needs.
