The National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) is a nonprofit, membership-based organization in the law enforcement sector, founded in 1978 and based in Glen Allen, Virginia. It unites state and local law enforcement, prosecutors, and regulatory agencies to provide nationwide support for the prevention, investigation and prosecution of economic and high-tech crime. The center focuses on white-collar offenses and cyber-enabled crime, delivering training, coordination, and resource-sharing to help investigators handle complex cases across jurisdictions. In March 2025, NW3C partnered with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center to deliver advanced digital forensics training to CICC agents and other law enforcers. This collaboration illustrates NW3C's role in expanding training and capacity-building for international and cross-border law enforcement.
