Natural Balance Massage & Wellness Center, established in 1993, has been serving New York City and its surrounding areas with services, programs and products that promote self-care, natural alternatives, and education as the keys to longevity and well being.  Founded by Linda Camarda, L.M.T., the center has evolved over the years into a resource for the communities it serves, with a wide variety of events and activities designed to foster outreach and awareness of the issues that affect us all.  

In addition to world-class treatments in massage and skin care, workshop topics at Natural Balance have included: An Introduction to Acupuncture, Comedy for Health & Wellbeing, How to Write a Resume & Get a Job, Meditation for Health, Nutrition for Heart Health, Hynosis for Weight Loss and Stress, Aromatherapy 101, Stress Management, and Movement for Vibrant Living.

Natural Balance Massage & Wellness Center employs and/or collaborates with over 25 staff persons in various capacities.
