Navigator Terminals operates as an independent bulk liquid storage provider in the oil and gas sector, offering a combined capacity of more than 1.28 million cubic metres across four terminals situated at key UK port locations. Founded in 2016 and based in the southeast of England (Chafford Hundred and West Thurrock, RM20 3ED), the company serves a broad spectrum of liquid products, including crude, petroleum, aviation fuels, chemicals, bitumen, liquefied gases and biofuels, providing storage solutions tailored to customer needs. The business benefits from physical interconnections, with each terminal linked to regional pipelines that connect to nearby chemical manufacturing and gas processing facilities. All sites are designated as Upper Tier COMAH, underscoring a focus on major-accident-hazards safety.

Navigator emphasizes safe operations, persistent product availability, and high levels of customer service, guided by a management team with substantial operating experience. The company has signaled ongoing infrastructure investment to sustain growth, including a 2023 expansion that added a North Tees rail terminal for handling up to one million tonnes of non-recyclable waste feedstocks destined for a green-fuels plant in Port Clarence, UK.
