NBH Capital Finance provides senior secured debt to lower middle market companies. We partner with clients that have complex or leveraged structures to create customized solutions to meet their needs. The team brings decades of experience in lower middle market leveraged lending and has worked with mezzanine and subordinated debt providers. Deals are structured by knowledgeable bankers with the authority to make decisions. We offer clients superior service while providing the independence to succeed. NBH Capital Finance products typically accommodate privately owned companies, family offices, independent sponsors and private equity sponsors who own companies in various industries. We provide revolving and term loans for a variety of transactions including growth capital, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings and syndications. Our flexible structuring and creativity ensures a well-defined closing process that caters to client timelines. Representative clients have revenues of $10 million to $100 million, trailing twelve months EBITDA of $2 million to $10 million and a strong management team. Our focus is debt, cash flow loans and asset-based transactions with a hold size of $5 million to $25 million per transaction with companies generating between $2 million and $10 million of EBITDA.
