We (the nCase founders Tony and Wes) were both in Invisalign treatment and both struggled to remember to wear our clear aligners. Also we had both previously been through orthodontic treatment in high school but were having to be retreated because we forgot to wear our retainers. We recognized a very clear problem we both shared and after a little research we found that patients forgetting to wear removable orthodontic appliances is the biggest issue they face with orthodontic treatment.

Inventing the nCase SmartCase and Mobile App to track aligner wear, remind patients to wear their aligners, and help find misplaced cases (I.e. track, remind, and find) seemed like the right solution to us!

With Wes’s background writing orthodontic software for 10 years and Tony’s background working with startups for 15 years we were uniquely well positioned with the technical expertise to create this product and the industry network to help promote it. After spending the last four years developing nCase it is now ready for prime time! We are on a mission to solve this major issue for all orthodontic patients!
