Our firm is an intellectual property (“IP”) and commercial litigation boutique law firm with offices in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, and Washington, D.C. Our firm was founded by Managing Member Nicole Galli in 2015. It has been certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) since 2017. Our mission is to provide high-quality, pragmatic legal services that advance our clients’ business objectives. We help our clients anticipate and prepare today for the opportunities and risks they will encounter tomorrow. Our clients include innovators, creators, disrupters, and entrepreneurs who are working at the forefront of their industries to drive scientific, economic, and social progress. Our team enjoys solving difficult problems and thrives when working on the perimeter of existing law – the place where THERE ARE NO READY ANSWERS. We love nothing more than figuring out what the law SHOULD be, and then helping make it so, in both our client work and our professional activities. We are a teaching law firm and consider it our responsibility to help our junior team members develop and advance their legal skills.
