•Oversee and organizes Production Process of theatrical presentation from start to finish: auditions through tearing down the show after it has closed.
•Is a liaison between the Artistic Director of the theatre to the Show Director, Choreographer and Musical Director. Is also a liaison between actors and technicians to the Directors and Design Staff of each production 
•Responsible for organizing all Production Meetings and communicating all show needs to Designers that have evolved either before or during the rehearsal process until the production opens
•When additional equipment or staff is needed that the theatre does not have available the Production Manager will research options to present to the appropriate director/designer to obtain. This might include researching equipment rentals, resourcing additional staff, or borrowing items from other theatres
•Must have ability to make quick decisions in very time sensitive environment.
