Northeastern Economic Development Company of Pennsylvania is a regional, non-profit organization dedicated to contributing to the economic development of Pennsylvania communities. The primary tool the CDC will utilize to achieve these goals is the SBA 504 Loan Program. Through the use of this program, the NEDCO will assist small businesses with financing for fixed-asset projects by assembling, analyzing and making recommendations on loan packages, submitting their analyses and recommendations to the SBA for approval, and closing and servicing 504 loans.
