Leadership growth Recent leadership changes with promotion to chief operating officer and president indicate a strategic shift and potentially new initiatives in operations, governance, and client delivery models that may open doors for executive-level engagement and high-touch partnerships.

People-centric focus Emphasis on people-centered planning and collaboration suggests opportunities for consultative selling around user experience, workforce performance impact, and design-build delivery that aligns with client outcomes such as improved student performance and faster patient recovery.

Public sector alignment Past and current projects with school districts and healthcare facilities, plus partnerships for community-focused spaces, position Neenan as a strong candidate for public-sector and K-12/healthcare infrastructure opportunities requiring design-build and facility optimization.
