Our tax controversy practice includes the representation of taxpayers involved in civil tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, Illinois Department of Revenue and  local taxing authorities with respect to a broad range of domestic and international tax matters and issues.  We regularly assist taxpayers with tax audits, administrative appeals, and litigation before  the United States Tax Court and Illinois Tax Tribunal.  Further, we assist taxpayers with tax collection matters at the federal, state and local levels , including lien and levy removal, offers in compromise, installment agreements, uncollectible status, penalty abatements, and innocent spouse relief, among other areas. 

Our tax compliance practice includes the preparation of income tax returns, preparation of forms required for various types of foreign transactions, and general tax planning advice for individuals and entities. We also offer a variety of business law services, including assisting with entity formation, drafting agreements between the owners of the business, reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts with customers, vendors, and employees, and collecting accounts receivable.
