The Nevada Youth Empowerment Project (NYEP) operates a structured, housing-based program for young women ages 18–24 navigating homelessness, aging out of systems, or entering adulthood without stable support. Founded in 2007, NYEP was built around a practical observation: 👉 Housing alone does not produce independence. Independence is developed through structure, responsibility, and real-world feedback over time. 🏡 Program Model NYEP operates a small, high-touch residential program serving no more than 14 young women at a time. This scale is intentional.
