NAPD was established in 1979. We provide services and programs to adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We serve over 500 clients on a daily basis. NAPD employs approximately 170 people. Vision Society recognizes People with developmental disabilities as an integral part of the community, treats them equally and values their contributions. NAPD employees are inspired by a common purpose. We actively pursue an injury-free environment. We are forward thinking, innovative and proactive. We are a respected community member renowned for excellence. Mission NAPD provides quality services to People with developmental disabilities. We offer programs, advocacy, and skills that empower our clients to live more productive, rewarding and independent lives, fully integrated into the community.
