Event Partnerships The Chamber actively engages in government affairs, special events, and large gatherings (e.g., annual dinners, State of the County events) which presents opportunities to offer event marketing, sponsorships, venue services, and local business networking solutions to enhance attendee experience and sponsor value.

Digital Transformation Current tech stack includes iCIMS, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, New Relic, and analytics tools, indicating ongoing modernization. There is a clear opportunity to propose integrated membership management, CRM optimization, and analytics/monitoring services to improve member engagement and program outcomes.

Regional Growth Historically expanding beyond Newark into greater New Castle County and partnering with regional players (e.g., Comcast ribbon-cutting, Xfinity store collaboration) signals openness to regional service providers, MSPs, and local business solutions that support expansion, digital presence, and community-focused initiatives.

Funding Readiness With annual revenue in the multi-million range and a broad member base (11-50 employees per member segment), the Chamber may pursue enhanced benefits packages, health/insurance broker partnerships, and SME-focused financial planning or procurement programs to deliver value to members while generating revenue streams.

Leadership Transition Recent leadership changes and interim presidency imply a period of strategic realignment. This presents an opening to position executive advisory services, change-management support, and leadership development solutions to help the Chamber leverage new direction for member growth and program efficacy.
