On 03 April 2018, New Charter Group merged with Adactus Housing Group to form Jigsaw Homes Group Limited. Jigsaw Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 37,500 homes across the North West and East Midlands and by combining the strengths of two successful housing groups, Jigsaw Group creates new and exciting opportunities for tenants and customers. Our members build, renovate and manage low-cost housing for rent and sale. We work to help regenerate neighbourhoods and increase life opportunities for disadvantaged individuals and communities. Group members include: - Jigsaw Homes Midlands - Jigsaw Homes North - Jigsaw Homes Tameside - Jigsaw Support - Snugg Homes New Charter Group was formed in 2000 as the landlord to own and manage homes transferred from Tameside Council in Greater Manchester. Incorporating Gedling Homes and Aksa Homes the Group owned around 19,500 homes.
