The New England Innocence Project (NEIP) is an independent social justice non-profit committed to correcting and preventing the wrongful convictions in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine. Through pro bono legal and investigative services, education, systemic reform efforts, and support as exonerees rebuild their lives, NEIP is devoted to fighting injustice within the criminal legal system. The NEIP team has more than 30 years of local litigation experience and relationships and accepts qualifying DNA and non-DNA cases in our six state territory.
