New Haven Community Medical Group (NHCMG) is an integrated network of physicians, podiatrists, dentists, APRN’s, PA’s and CNM’s in private practice dedicated to serving the greater New Haven community. The physician members of NHCMG have joined together to improve the quality of care, assure fair compensation for our services, and preserve our relationship with our patients. Founded in 1987, NHCMG includes nearly 600 providers in over 200 practices. 

As physician leaders, we are committed to a Clinical Integration model that fosters, measures and improves physician and patient behaviors that yield performance improvement and positive clinical outcomes. All NHCMG members comply with approved best practice programs, protocols, policies and procedures found in evidence-based medicine and developed through consensus among our network of clinical experts and leaders.
