Our mission is to help bereaved individuals, children and families find hope & healing through connection and support.

Grief and loss are inevitable visitors into everyone's life and many people cannot recover with out help.  Not facing grief can leave people and their relationships crippled and it can be a drain on individuals and families. 

New Hope's grief support groups and family camps show that sharing experiences and feelings in a safe environment, with guidance can lead people to healing.  Supportive groups can help people on their journey of grief to discover they are not alone and gain the tools and support they need to carry on. 

New Hope was founded in 2003 to meet the needs of grieving people in the Greater Long Beach community. We provide grief support children and families.  We provide essential grief support for a universal experience that is still misunderstood and taboo in our society today.
