The New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) is a Trenton-based organization that operates within New Jersey's civic and social organizations landscape, representing the state's business community. It provides information, services, and advocacy to member companies to foster a more prosperous New Jersey. Collectively, its members employ more than a million people, underscoring the association’s broad reach. As the nation’s largest statewide employer association, NJBIA focuses on helping employers address workforce, policy, and economic issues through member services and policy engagement. In 2025, it launched a short video series on June 1, presenting its Blueprint for a Competitive New Jersey, aimed at informing voters and candidates about policy priorities. The organization also participates in public events and surveys, such as workforce summits and the annual Business Outlook Survey, to track trends and facilitate dialogue between business leaders and policymakers.
