NJ MED works with grassroots organizations across the country to leverage capacity building networks for grants, proposals, and projects.

The organization's mission is to provide educational and social skill support for poor and minority children in the Untied States. By developing programs and services that promote community, family, and higher education. These activities include, career mentors, youth employment,  online tutoring, peer leadership, college tours, and community service.

NJ MED is also the designer of the nation's first evidence-base at-risk minority male drop-out prevention model - the 100% Graduation Rate Program. Which raised high school graduation by 49% and college enrollment by 41%.
