New Latin Wave is a small New York–based arts organization founded by Chilean-American composer Sokio and interdisciplinary producer Amanda Riesman. It aims to amplify contemporary Latine voices by incubating emerging talent and building a network of artists, cultural producers, venues, and institutions that support both artist development and audience engagement. Its activities include concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and community programs carried out in New York City and beyond. The organization maintains an ongoing partnership with Lincoln Center to present the FUTUROS, New Ideas in Composition series. Operating within the performing arts sector, it positions itself as a collaborative platform that connects Latine creators with venues and institutions to foster long‑term development for both artists and audiences. Based in New York City, the group notes a decade of activity toward artist development and cross‑disciplinary collaboration by 2026.
