New Trier Township High School District 203 is a public four-year high school system serving Northfield and Winnetka, Illinois, along the Lake Michigan shore about 16 miles north of Chicago. Founded in 1901, the district educates roughly 4,000 students from several North Shore communities and operates on two campuses, with freshmen located on the Northfield Campus and grades 10–12 on the Winnetka Campus. Governed by its own Board of Education, it draws students from six feeder K–8 districts and from local private and parochial schools.

The district offers a rigorous college-preparatory program and has a history of strong academic achievement; for the Class of 2020, the average ACT score was 28.2, and about 96% enrolled in college. It supports a broad range of extracurriculars, including 35 interscholastic athletic teams and more than 150 student clubs, with service learning and community involvement integral to student life. In January 2026 the district approved the appointment of Lauren Owens as executive director of technology, with duties beginning July 1, 2026.
