McLaughlin, CEO and co-founder of McLaughlin Family Companies (of which New Way Ford is one), has been driven by Biblical principles and strong ethical values in assembling a team of highly qualified, educated people who respect God and Country and appreciate the lifestyle and values of small town America. His son Michael and now his grandsons, Johnathon and Mike Jr. along with his daughters, Kim and Natalie, have built a highly successful group of companies founded on the business principals of the 5 "P's"; People, Product, Principals, Persistence and Prayer.
