New York Bay Capital is a New York-headquartered but international boutique investment banking firm experienced in providing financial advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions and capital raising initiatives primarily for foreign clients.  The Firm was established in 2015 to serve the growing demand for independent, partner-level advice by clients based outside the United States participating in the growing cross-border economy.  The Firm collaborates with financial affiliates and other partner firms to assist companies, from diverse industries, in structuring and financing transactions to achieve their overall corporate goals and financial objectives.

The Firm has representatives throughout the Western Hemisphere, including in Mexico, Canada, Central America, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador and Peru.  Recently the Firm has added one representative each in France, Switzerland, Spain, Israel and China.
