The New York City Association of Hotel Concierges is an incorporated 501(C) not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering friendship and networking among its members in NYC, throughout the United States, and around the world. The NYCAHC was created over 25 years ago, and our members are committed to providing the best service to our visitors-from any guest request as long as it is morally, legally and humanly possible, to helping create memories that last a lifetime.  Our members are here to support their guests and strive to provide the best experiences during their guests' stay in New York City.  We uphold a standard of integrity and ethics for concierges both within and beyond the organization.

The New York City Association of Hotel Concierges (NYCAHC) is comprised of over 200 members representing over 40,000 hotel rooms in the New York Metropolitan area.

Concierges stand as the very best vanguard of service in the hospitality industry.  Concierges hold the key to the city. We are motivated by a genuine desire to serve and are committed to providing excellent guaranteed service for our guests.
