The New York French American Charter School is a growing community school with a global focus, located in the heart of Harlem and the Francophone community. Comprised of parents, teachers and families from over 80 different countries and nationalities around the world, the school provides lessons in cultural diversity alongside a strong bi-lingual education in an immersive environment. Currently with grades K-5, we focus on offering students a rigorous international education that combines the best of the French and American pedagogical approaches. NYFACS is the only free, bilingual French/ English charter school in the U.S. We offer immersive French classes to non-French speakers and through our CTT classes we are the only school in the U.S to offer immersive French courses to children with special needs.
