The New York State West Youth Soccer Association (NYSWYSA) is a non-profit governing body for youth soccer in western New York, overseeing more than two hundred affiliated clubs and leagues. It is affiliated with US Youth Soccer, the United States Soccer Federation, and FIFA, connecting local play to national and international governance. The association’s territory covers western New York counties west of, and along, Interstate 81 and is divided into districts—Binghamton, Buffalo, Rochester, Southern Tier, Syracuse, and Twin Tiers—each led by a district commissioner. Based in Rochester, New York, NYSWYSA functions as a regional non-profit that provides governance and coordination for its member clubs and leagues. A notable recent development is the launch of eSports programs in December 2020.
