Newroads Telecom was founded in 2000 with a vision to provide small and medium sized businesses with a cost effective communications solution using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and next generation hardware and software. We currently serve Western and Northwestern Arkansas and sections of Eastern Oklahoma with our advanced communications facilities. Our communications services include local voice services, long distance, high speed connections using Fiber Optics, DSL and T1 facilities along with Ethernet connections to our customers with speeds exceeding 1Gbps. We also provide advanced Internet applications such as web hosting, email hosting, domain management, colocation facilities, and call center disaster backup services. Our headquarters in Fort Smith, Arkansas houses a 6,000 sq. ft. data center with redundant power and air conditioning. We recently introduced a new division for IT Services called Newroads Technology Group. We focus on providing proactive IT services to small and medium sized businesses using advanced monitoring and problem solving tools.
