NEXGEN, Inc. manufactures and machines precision, plastic injection molds and parts. Staffed with a talented Design Department we are fully equipped to design prototypes or molds to meet customer specifications. We are an ISO 9001;2000 certified company. Our tooling department has many years of experience; state of the art machinery allowing our toolmakers the ease of building tools with extremely tight tolerances (+/-.0002). Our molding department consists of modern equipment, both hydraulic and total electronic injection mold presses ranging from 55 tons to 200 tons, operated and maintained by highly skilled and quality-minded personnel. Our quality inspectors perform complete, initial quality testing on all parts while in production, and on an hourly basis inspect parts from each machine, then all parts are sent to final inspection prior to release for shipment. We cross train in all departments to ensure that each position is covered at all times. LIMMCO, Inc. was established in 1977, and was recently purchased by NEXGEN Inc.
