We are real estate developers and construction experts that specialize in ground-up and adaptive reuse of existing sites, existing urban locations, and the highest and best use of the property. We currently have, multifamily, and mixed-use projects under construction. We syndicate value add property's in Nevada, Texas, and California so we can achieve our investor's goal as well as the goal of our team. When we win, you win even more; that is how we like to do business. We work with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and institutional capital. We like to project 100 units and up to bring the scale we need for our investors. That is true except for in California where the values have gone through the roof. We thrive on the challenge and the excitement of real estate development.
