Niagara Helicopters Limited is a midsize aviation operator based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Founded in 1961, the company has developed a strong focus on tourism-related helicopter services, complemented by charter flights, aerial surveillance, film and photography work, external loads, and other specialized flying activities. Over the past decade, it has modernized its helicopter fleet to maintain a high level of operational capability. In 1985, the Niagara Falls portion of Pan-Air was acquired by the company's president, Ruedi Hafen, integrating regional assets into its operations. The enterprise conducts regular sightseeing flights over Niagara Falls, carrying more than 100,000 passengers each year on a 9-minute, 27-kilometre tour.

Niagara Helicopters has also supported local search-and-rescue operations conducted by police and fire services, earning recognition through community service awards. Transport Canada awarded the company its highest honour for excellence in aircraft maintenance in 1999. In 2024 the operator expanded its rotorcraft fleet with six H130 helicopters, reflecting ongoing capacity to support both sightseeing and mission-specific activities.
