At Nichols & Green PLLC, we are not a general practice firm. We focus our energy on defending northern Virginia DUIs, reckless driving cases, traffic tickets and criminal charges.

Luke J. Nichols  is also the author of several books on Virignia Traffic Law. Mr. Nichols is the author of the Virignia DUI Handbook (2010), The Virginia Reckless Driving Handbook (3rd edition) and Driving on a Suspended License in Virginia (2011). Mr. Nichols is also a contributing author for several online legal resources and legal blogs. 

Mr. Nichols is a licensed member of the Virginia State Bar, a member of the National College of Dui Defense, and he holds a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law. 

Mr. Garrett D. Green has been practicing law in northern Virginia for over 24 years. He has consistently received high praise from his clients due to his excellent client relations and his ability to obtain results in court that very few attorneys can match. 

Mr. Green is a member of the Virgina, Maryland, Federal and DC Bar.
